IPPE Soccer Tours · Last updated October 28, 2026

IPPE Soccer Tours runs soccer weeks in England for young players and their families. This page explains what information our website and our Facebook and Instagram form collect, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at ippesoccertours@gmail.com and a real person will get back to you.

Who we are

This website, ippesoccertours.com, is run by IPPE Soccer Tours, operated by EPL Soccer LLC, 217 Cabin Dr, Irmo, SC 29063. In this policy, “IPPE”, “we” and “us” mean IPPE Soccer Tours.

What we collect

When you ask for a call. Our “Request a Call” form asks for your name, email address and phone number, which trip you’re interested in, and the best times to call you. You can also tell us your player’s age.

When you send us a question. Our contact form asks for your name, your email address and your question. You can also give us a phone number and tell us about your player and their club.

When you ask for the trip information packet on our website. We ask for your email address, and you can tell us which week works best for you. If you’ve just asked for a call, you can have the packet sent to the email address you gave us without typing it again.

When you ask for the trip information packet on Facebook or Instagram. Some of our ads may open a short form inside Facebook or Instagram. It asks only for your email address, which Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) fills in from your account and you can change before you send it. Meta shows its own notice on the form about how it handles what you send.

With every request. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, and which of our ads or links brought you there, if any.

When you browse our website. Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically: the pages you visit, the kind of device and browser you use, roughly where you are (worked out from your internet address), and how you found us. It does this with cookies, which are small files a website stores in your browser, and with similar tools from Google and Meta. “Analytics and advertising” below explains them.

Our website also keeps a small note of its own in your browser, the way a cookie would. It records the first page you landed on and any campaign and ad names carried in the link you followed. It also records how you arrived: from an ad on Facebook, Instagram or Google, a Google search, a link in our trip information packet or its email, another website, or by typing our address. It holds no name, no contact details and no ID number, and it isn’t sent anywhere unless you press a button to call us. Each new visit replaces it. We count a visit as over after 30 minutes without activity. Until your next visit, the note stays in your browser unless you clear this site’s data.

Your player

Our website is for parents and guardians, and our forms are meant to be filled in by an adult. The only things we ask about your player are their age, on the call form, and anything you choose to tell us about your player and their club, on the contact form. Both are optional, and we use them only to plan a week that suits your player. We don’t ask for your player’s name, photo or contact details on this website.

We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their details, email us and we’ll delete them.

How we use it

  • To answer you: call you back, reply to your question, or send you the trip information packet.
  • To plan a week around your player, and to talk you through the dates, the level and the price.
  • To follow up by email or phone about your player’s trip. You can ask us to stop at any time. If you ask about a trip, we may send you a few emails from Chris over the following two weeks, then about one a month. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
  • To see which pages, ads and links bring families to us, so we spend our advertising sensibly.
  • To keep the website working and safe, including telling real people from automated spam.

Where your request goes

When you send us a form on our website, three things happen:

  • Your request is emailed to the IPPE team, and a copy goes to the agency that builds our website and runs our advertising.
  • Your request is added as a row in our enquiry spreadsheet (a Google Sheet), where we keep track of who we’ve spoken to and who has booked.
  • If you asked for the trip information packet, it’s emailed to you automatically, and if you picked a week, so is a link to that week’s page.

Requests from our Facebook and Instagram form follow the same path. Meta passes your request to an automation service that connects Meta to our website, and our website then sends the packet, the email to our team and the spreadsheet row in the same way.

When you press a button to call us, our website adds a row to its own tab in our enquiry spreadsheet. The row shows the date and time, which button you pressed and on which page, whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer, and what the note in your browser records. There’s one row per visit, even if you press more than once. Our website never learns your phone number, and it can’t see whether your call went through. To keep automated programs out of this count, it also checks roughly where you are and your browser’s time zone, and keeps neither in the row.

Who helps us

We don’t sell your personal information, and we only share it as this page describes. These companies handle it for us, each only to do its own job:

  • Our website and advertising agency builds and runs this website and our ads, and receives a copy of the emails our forms send to our team.
  • Vercel hosts our website. Like any web host, it processes your internet address and basic details about your browser to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. To do that, it looks at technical details from your browser, including your internet address.
  • Resend sends our emails, including the trip information packet and the emails to our team.
  • Our email providers, Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook), hold the emails we send and receive.
  • Google provides our enquiry spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and Google Analytics.
  • Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram form and the Meta pixel, described below.
  • An automation service carries requests from our Facebook and Instagram form to our website.

Links to other sites. When you register for a trip, you do it on PlayMetrics, a separate sports registration service, through the “Register” links on our trip pages. PlayMetrics collects what it asks for under its own privacy policy, not this one. The same goes for our pages on Facebook and Instagram.

Analytics and advertising

Two tools on our website help us understand visits and measure our advertising.

Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages, ads and links bring families to the site. It uses cookies to recognize a browser that comes back. We may also use Google’s advertising features, which let us show our ads on Google to people who have visited our site, and which can use information about people signed in to their Google accounts to report on visits across their devices.

The Meta pixel is a small piece of code from Meta. It tells Meta when someone visits our site, looks at a trip, opens the call form, presses a button to call us or sends us a request, so that Meta can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested, including people who have already visited our site. Meta also receives a copy of these same events through a direct connection rather than through your browser, and matches the two so each one is counted once. Our website doesn’t send Meta your name, email address or phone number.

Google and Meta use this information under their own privacy policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Your choices about cookies and ads.

  • Turn off Google Analytics in your browser with Google’s opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Choose the ads Google shows you: https://myadcenter.google.com
  • Choose the ads Meta shows you, in your Facebook or Instagram settings under Ad preferences: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences
  • Opt out of ads based on your browsing from many companies at once: https://youradchoices.com
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.

Our website doesn’t change what it does when your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, so the choices above are the way to switch these tools off.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the reasons on this page, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

  • Your requests in our email, and the rows in our enquiry spreadsheet: only as long as we need them to answer you and plan your player’s trip, and we delete them whenever you ask.
  • Google Analytics data: for the period set in our Google Analytics account.
  • Requests sent through Facebook or Instagram: Meta also keeps a copy, under its own policy.

Your choices and rights

  • Stop follow-ups. Use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email from us, reply to any email and say so, or email ippesoccertours@outlook.com, and we’ll stop.
  • See, correct or delete your information. Email us and we’ll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it from our email and our enquiry spreadsheet. We may need to check it’s really you first.
  • Other rights. Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights over your information. Email us to use them.

Keeping it safe

Our website uses an encrypted connection (the padlock in your browser), and every form is checked for spam before it reaches us. Your requests are read by the IPPE team and our website and advertising agency, and handled by the companies listed above as they carry them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

Where your information is handled

IPPE Soccer Tours is based in the United States. The companies above may handle your information in the United States or in other countries.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
