Safeguarding.
Will my child actually be looked after?
Yes, and here's how. Your player is supervised by IPPE staff from the meeting point to the end of the itinerary, through training, travel, and the evenings. On most of our weeks, parents travel too, so there's a layer of family supervision built into the trip on top of our staff.
What are the supervision ratios?
Every player travels with a parent, so they're chaperoned throughout by their own family and our staff, and staffing runs at roughly one staff member to every ten players. We'll still walk you through exactly how your player's week is supervised, across training, travel, and downtime, on a call.
Do parents come too?
Yes. This is built as a family experience, not a drop-off. You live the week alongside your child: you see the training, share the meals and travel, and are there for the moments that matter. Parents being present is one of the things that makes an IPPE tour different from a tournament trip.
What's included.
What does the tour include?
An individual tour includes accommodation for the week, two meals a day, eight or more sessions and games integrated with English players, training led by top academy coaches, sessions with grassroots, development, and academy-level players, player evaluations, transport within the trip, staff-led supervision, all stadium tours and presentations, and live games. Parents are involved throughout.
Are flights included?
On the individual package, flights are not included. On the full-team package, flights are included in the price. Professional match tickets, one meal a day, and any travel before and after the itinerary sit outside both packages. We lay out exactly what is and isn't covered before you commit.
What ages is this for?
We have taken players from 8 to 21. We match the level and the group to who is travelling, so tell us your player's age on a call and we will tell you straight whether a specific tour is the right fit for them.
Cost.
How much does a soccer tour cost?
Individual tours start as low as $2,599 and full-team tours at $3,899. The final price varies by length and group, so get in contact for your exact quote. Flights are included on full-team weeks but not on individual weeks. You can see the current upcoming trips and what each includes.
What drives the price?
Mainly the length of the week and whether you travel as an individual player or as a team. A six-night individual week sits at the lower end; a longer week, or a team package, sits higher. Partner clubs receive a discount, and tours that run outside the Manchester area may carry a small travel fee. Get in contact and we'll give you the exact number for your player's week.
Are there any discounts?
Partner clubs receive a discount. If your player is travelling on a club-sponsored or club-hosted date, check that club's trip for the discounted rate.
The experience.
How is this different from a tournament trip?
A tournament trip flies your team over to play matches against local sides, then comes home. An IPPE tour puts your player inside English football instead: they train and play alongside English kids and English clubs, and live the week of a young player here. One moves the field. The other changes where your player stands in the game.
Where do the tours actually go?
The England immersion tours go to Manchester, Liverpool, and the Northwest of England, some of the most serious football country in the world, where your player trains and plays alongside English kids and clubs.
What does a typical week look like?
A week is a rhythm of training inside English clubs, integrated practices and games, stadium tours, player evaluations, and a real matchday, all built around your player. The clubs and matches vary from tour to tour. There's a real sample week, day by day, on the experience page.
Trust.
Why should I trust an unfamiliar company with my child abroad?
Because you do not have to take our word for it. You can check the tours we have run and the families who have gone, see the clubs we work with named plainly, and remember that you are there for most of the week yourself. The connections inside English football go back more than twenty years. We'd rather you arrive sure than sold, so start with a call and ask us anything.
Are the club connections real?
Yes, and we name them on purpose. Every tour includes experiences with at least one of Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Everton. The founder's connections with Manchester United and Manchester City scouts and coaches go back more than twenty years.
How do I book?
Booking starts with a conversation, not a checkout. You request a call, we learn about your player and your family, and we build a tour around them. Players register through PlayMetrics once the plan is set.
