How booking works.
Who runs IPPE, how a deposit holds your spot, and what happens if your plans change.
Who we are.
IPPE Soccer Tours is operated by EPL Soccer LLC, 217 Cabin Dr, Irmo, SC 29063. We’ve run 20 tours since 2016, with 247 players and 634 participants in all. Our founder, Chris Castell, played professionally in England.
You can email us at ippesoccertours@outlook.com or call (803) 386-8679.
Holding your spot.
On the payment plan, a $250 deposit holds your spot on a trip. The rest of the cost is split into monthly payments, from when you register until one month before the trip begins.
For the April 4 to 11, 2027 week, the payment plan is open until Friday, December 4, 2026. After that, April registration is paid in full.
Each trip’s price per person is on its own page. You register through PlayMetrics: you’ll set up an account first, then choose your trip from the programs listed. The sign-up page shows our company name, EPL Soccer.
If your plans change.
Tours are 100% refundable if you cancel more than 60 days before the trip begins. After that, we recover whatever we can and refund you everything outside of expenses already paid.
Insurance.
We recommend families get their own travel insurance.
Who looks after your player.
Every player travels with a parent, so they’re chaperoned throughout by their own family and our staff. Our staff are background-checked, and a staff member is with the players in every session, at roughly one to every ten. You have one named contact you can reach the whole time.
The coaches have names and careers: Ray Redmond, UEFA A Licensed from sixteen years in English academy football, and Ade Nettell of Manchester City’s academy setup.
What isn’t included.
On the individual package, flights, professional match tickets, apparel, one meal a day, and any travel before and after the itinerary are not included. Everything that is included is listed on Tour packages.
